Warranty POLICIES
The company earnestly desires to provide MAHEK fan completely free from any manufacturing defects ... All the components used in manufacturing the fans are of standard quality ... YET the company provides "3 YEARS WARRANTY" on coil manufactured by the company ... The above warranty is not applicable on following conditions :-
- Wrongful installation of fan.
- Water leakage / seepage from wall / ceiling.
- Mishandling of the product due to negligence or accidents.
- If the fan is opened and / or handled by any other unauthorized person before sending / bringing it to the company.
- In absence of warranty card and invoive , the fan will be considered out of warranty and the services would be chargeable.
Return POLICIES
The product should be shipped to the company address [ M/S. SHREE BABOSA INDUSTRIES (Garia , Bonhoogly , Schoolmath , Kroungahat , Panchayet No2 , beside SHIV MANDIR . KOLKATA - 700103) ] within 3 days from date of arrival and the COURIOR SLIP along with the copy of INVOICE to be attached in the RETURN page of the site.
The refund would be processed once the product reaches the company in original position.
